Text Box: New Orlando HQ opening in July
PCS Title will be moving its downtown Orlando headquarters in early July, 2007. The new location at 924 West Colonial Drive on the outskirts of the downtown core will be over twice as large as the company’s current offices, be closer to Interstate 4, and will provide the latest in closing and title services technology.
Currently, the company shares its office space with Joseph E. Seagle, P.A., the law firm that owns the company. In the new location, the title company and the law firm will have separate offices on opposite ends of the building. There will be two conference rooms with flat-screen monitors that can be used as computer monitors. Escrow officer, Mirena Umizaj, says, “This will allow the closing agent to amend closing Text Box: documents at the table so the parties can watch the changes and have input right there. This will save a lot of time during the closing.”
Windermere Branch Opens
The company opened a branch office inside the new offices of ReMax Town Centre in Windermere in March. Branch manager, Lori Freeman, says, “This office is already having a lot of success in serving not only the agents and customers of ReMax, but also the other PCS customers from the western region of our territory.
The offices are located at the corner of Highway 535 and Old Winter Garden-Vineland Road in Orange County.
Champions Gate Office to Open
Also in July, PCS will open the only title company in the Text Box: Champions Gate, Four-Corners area. The new offices, located just off Interstate 4, will serve customers not only in Osceola and Polk Counties, but all over the United States. The branch is a national agency for Commonwealth Title.
Dave Heine, founder of the branch says, “We already have a large base of customers in the Four Corners area, but we are looking forward to expanding our service area nationwide.” ◘
