Text Box: New Orlando HQ opening in July PCS Title will be moving its downtown Orlando headquarters in early July, 2007. The new location at 924 West Colonial Drive on the outskirts of the downtown core will be over twice as large as the company’s current offices, be closer to Interstate 4, and will provide the latest in closing and title services technology. Currently, the company shares its office space with Joseph E. Seagle, P.A., the law firm that owns the company. In the new location, the title company and the law firm will have separate offices on opposite ends of the building. The branch is a national agency for Commonwealth Title.
